1. Any correspondence must be sent to One Holden Street. Please note that account names can only be changed according to tax records or with proof of a new deed. Name changes due to marriage can be made by providing a copy of marriage certificate or drivers license.
2. If possible, please supply pole numbers and addresses when reporting street lights that need repair.
3. Do not hesitate to call if there is a power outage so that a crew can be sent to repair the problem. Please understand, however, that office personnel may not know the cause or length of outage.
4. During power outages, electric garage doors can be opened by pulling the emergency rope and manually lifting the garage door.
5. Please return any electric meters that have been removed to One Holden Street, as they are the property of HMLD.
6. Any specific water or sewer problems, other that billing questions, should be directed to the Public Works Department at (508)210-5550.
7. Questions regarding trash collection need to be directed to the Growth Management Office at (508)210-5540. Billing questions can be answered at HMLD.
