AVAILABILTY
• Electricity is available under this schedule for municipal water and sewerage pumping purposes and for incidental purposes at the pumping location. The department will supply one service and one meter at the specific pumping location and all electricity at such location shall be billed here under. This schedule is not available for resale.
COST OF SERVICE
• All peak Kwhs per month used between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM at 15.4 cents per Kwh. Electricity delivered between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM at 4.7 cents per kilowatt-hour. A minimum of 500 Kwhs per month is required to be serviced on this rate, otherwise, such customer not meeting this minimum will be billed on the Small Commercial Rate.
CASH DISCOUNT
• The above prices will be subject to a discount of ten (10) percent if payment is made within fifteen (15) days from the date of the bill, provided there is no bill in arrears.
RESIDENTIAL CONSERVATION SERVICE CHARGE
• In addition to the amount determined under the preceding COST OF SERVICE the Department’s cost of providing the Residential Conservation Service (RCS) shall be charged on each billing. The charge so determined is not subject to discount.
ADJUSTMENT FOR COST OF FUEL AND PURCHASED POWER
• In addition to the amount determined under the preceding COST OF SERVICE the Department’s Purchased Power Clause, as filed from time to time with the Department of Telecommunications and Energy, shall be charged on each billing. The charge so determined is not subject to discount.
MINIMUM CHARGE
• $7.74 per month. However, if the KVA transformer capacity needed to serve the customer exceeds 25 kVA, monthly minimum charge will be increased by $2.59 for each kVA in excess of 25 kVA.
TERM OF CONTRACT
• Service supplied hereunder will be for an initial term of twelve (12) Months and shall continue thereafter until terminated by thirty (30) days prior written notice.
INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT
• The Department shall not furnish transformers in excess of 300 kVA . All service will be delivered at 120/208 OR 120/240.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The Department’s terms and conditions in effect from time to time, where or not inconsistent with any specific provisions hereof, are part of this schedule.
