Summer Recreation Registration, May 12
Registration for activities being offered at the Holden pool this summer will begin Saturday, May 12 at 9 a.m. The May 12 registration is for Holden residents, only. Registration for non-residents will begin Sunday, May 13 at 9 a.m. For more information, please visit www.holdenma.gov.

Spring Composting, May 12
The Department of Public Works will host a spring composting event from 8 to 2:30 p.m., Saturday, May 12.  For more information on locations and guidelines, please visit www.holdenma.gov.

Annual Town Election, May 14
The Annual Town Election is Monday, May 14. Polls will open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. For more information, please visit www.holdenma.gov.

Traffic Advisory: Quinapoxet Street to be Closed May 14
The DPW will begin the second phase of a drain line replacement project on Quinapoxet Street, weather permitting, on May 14. Quinapoxet Street will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. to all thru traffic. The work is expected to take approximately four weeks to complete. For more information, please visit www.holdenma.gov.

Hazardous Product Collection/Document Shredding, May 19
The Wachusett Watershed Regional Recycling Center in West Boylston will hold a Hazardous Household Products Collection (paints and chemicals, electronics and recycling/reuse items), 8-12 p.m., Saturday, May 19.
