ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Steven & Jennifer Wyatt Case No.SP 0901
The Zoning Administrator held a public hearing on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. in Memorial hall, 1196 Main Street, Holden, MA on the Application of Steven & Jennifer Wyatt for property located at 43 Anthony Drive for a SPECIAL PERMIT to allow the construction of an accessory apartment over the attached two-car garage.
The Zoning Administrator opened the public hearing. Sincer there were no objections, reading of the legal notice and list of abutters was waived.
The applicant, Steven Wyatt, explained that the proposed accessory apartment is intended for his father-in-law, Anthony Pringle.
Since there were no further comments or questions, the public hearing was officially closed at 9:15 a.m.
The Zoning Administrator approved the special permit with the following conditions:
1) smoke alarms must be interconnected with the original house; 2) heat detectors must be installed in the garage and 3) occupancy of the accessory apartment is restricted to Anthony Pringle.
