The Town of Holden is committed to providing high quality drinking water at affordable rates to its citizens and customers. In addition, the Town recognizes its responsibility to maintain and, in those areas where soil types require and growth is desired, provide access to sanitary sewerage. To accomplish these goals in an increasingly regulatory environment requires prudent long term planning and the appropriate expenditure of funds to meet the needs of Holden residents now and in the future. To assist in meeting these goals, a Water-Sewer Advisory Board is
established.
