Q: Are you open 24 hours/ When are you open?
A: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Q: Who do we call for barking dogs/ lost dogs?
A: Please call the Animal Control Officer, (508) 210-5649
Q: Where can I pay a parking ticket?
A: The Town Hall, Town Clerk’s Office, 1196 Main Street.
Q: Where do you file for a restraining order?
A: To file for a restraining order, one must go to the Leominster or Worcester courthouse. If the courthouse is not open, come to the Holden Police Department.
Q: Where can I get a no trespass order?
A: A no trespass order is a letter written by the complainant to the complainee and mailed certified mail to the complainee. Once the letter is acknowledged by the complainee, the order is valid. A copy should also be sent to the Holden Police Department.
Q: Do you do fingerprinting for job requirements?
A: Yes, for Holden residents only. There is a $10 fee.
Q: Where do you pay a traffic citation?
A: Citation payments are sent to the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Instructions are on the citation.

A: Firearms transfers are done online:

Q: Can out-of –town residents participate in MIRCS Classes, (Firearm Safety Classes)?
A: Only Holden residents are allowed to pre-register for our firearms classes, in order to guarantee a seat. Out-of-town residents are welcome to attend the night of the class; however seats are available only on a first-come, first-served basis.
