The Building Inspection Division is responsible for the insuring that all construction and renovation work done in the Town of Holden conforms to the relevant State Building and Mechanical Codes. In addition to the normal construction activity, inspection services were provided for the construction of the Senior Center on at the Bubar site, the Davis Hill Elementary School, the Dawson Elementary School, and the renovation of the Wachusett Regional School District offices at the former Jefferson School.
