	HOLDEN FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES MARCH 13, 2007 MONTACHUSETT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL Members Present: Ed Benoit, Paul Anderson, Jim Dunn, Maria Dell'Ovo This meeting with the Superintendent of Montachusett was to hear about the budget. No official business was conducted or votes were taken as there was not a quorum of the Committee present.
