Business Certificates are filed at the Town Clerk's Office by any person, persons or corporations conducting business in the Town of Holden under a company name, pursuant to Chapter 110 of the Massachusetts General Laws.
The filing fee is $40.00. A certified copy is available for the fee of $8.00. A Business Certificate may be filed in person or by mail.
