BIRTH CERTIFICATE
The Holden Town Clerk issues certified copies of birth records if the birth occurred in Holden, MA or if the parents resided in Holden, MA at the time of the birth. If uncertain whether a birth record is filed in Holden, call the office for confirmation at 508-829-0265 before ordering online. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesdays and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Fridays. Eastern Standard/Daylight Time. Certified copies are $10.00 per copy. Generally, requests received by 3:00 p.m. will be mailed the same day or the following business day if the order is placed on a holiday or weekend. Payment may be made online by checking account or credit card.
