Purpose: The Civil Service Study Committee is established to study the continued efficacy of including the Holden Police Department under the provisions of MA General Laws relating to Civil Service. The Committee shall identify the benefits and issues to the Town of having the department operate under Civil Service and make a report concerning their findings and recommendations.
