The Board of Trustees of Damon Memorial shall have and exercise all of the powers, duties and obligations conferred or imposed by law on trustees of town libraries or by the terms of any gift or bequest applicable to such board, provided, however, that the Town Manager shall exercise and perform such duties relative to the administration and management of the public library, the Damon memorial and its property as may be agreed upon between said board and the selectmen.
