September 23, 2011 LEVEL 3 OFFENDER NOTIFICATION - IMPORTANT
According to Massachusetts state law, local police departments are required to proactively notify the public and some private businesses of all Level 3 Sex Offenders living and/or working in the community.
To fulfill that responsibility, the Holden Police Department is sending this Level 3 notice to all public buildings, schools, daycare centers, and child education/recreation establishments for posting and/or the awareness of staff members and parents.
